1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing deepbeautyresearch.com or purchasing products, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
2. Eligibility
Access to Deep Beauty Research products is restricted to adults of at least 21 years of age with the legal capacity to purchase. Deep Beauty Research reserves discretionary approval rights and may decline or cancel any order at its discretion.
3. Products and intended use
Products are supplied as wellness products, not as medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not approved or evaluated as medicines. You are responsible for using them sensibly and in line with the guidance provided.
4. Account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the accuracy of all activity under your account.
5. Orders and payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment authorisation occurs at the time of order placement. We accept card payments, SEPA bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT).
6. Shipping and delivery
Deep Beauty Research dispatches orders from Germany to supported destinations. Risk of loss transfers to the recipient upon carrier delivery. 7. Returns and refunds
One-time replacements are available for transit-damaged items or cold-chain deviations, subject to photographic evidence. Used pens are not eligible for replacement. No refunds are offered for dissatisfaction or misuse. Full terms are set out in our Returns & Refunds page.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product documentation, remains the property of Deep Beauty Research and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not:

- Misrepresent your identity or account details
- Interfere with website operations or attempt unauthorised access
- Use automated access methods, scrapers, or bots
- Resell or redistribute products without prior written authorisation
- Make or promote medical, therapeutic, or disease claims about our products
- Resell or market our products as approved medicines
Violations may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and a permanent ban.
10. Termination
Deep Beauty Research may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, including for suspected product misuse or credential verification failure.
11. Referral and partner programme
Participation in the Deep Beauty Research Referral Partner Programme is subject to the programme terms displayed on the Partners page. Commission eligibility and payout timing remain at our discretion. Payouts may be withheld, delayed, or forfeited if violations of these Terms or the programme terms occur. Partners bear sole responsibility for their referral content and must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure regulations.
12. Assumption of risk
You expressly acknowledge that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of any products from Deep Beauty Research is at your sole and exclusive risk. You waive all claims arising from product use or misuse.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Deep Beauty Research disclaims any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy guarantee. Any lot records or Certificates of Analysis reflect testing results at the time of analysis and do not constitute a warranty of outcome in your individual use.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Beauty Research's liability is capped at the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. Deep Beauty Research disclaims responsibility for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, regardless of the legal theory of liability.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deep Beauty Research, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates against any claims arising from your use, misuse, personal injury, death, property damage, or any third-party statements about products. This obligation survives the termination of your account.
16. Dispute resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before commencing proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through written notice and a reasonable period of consultation. 19. Severability
